Westonia has established a clear health and safety policy, backed by the company’s Board and management. The company involves its employees and contractors in the formulation and implementation of practical, understandable and robust practices, which are adopted as part of a risk management culture.
Westonia regularly reviews its health and safety policy by consulting and involving all personnel.
Every person connected with the company, be they a director, employee, contractor or visitor, must understand and accept individual responsibility for their own health and safety, as well as that of others.
